WE G-Series GBB pistols offer excellent performance and value, featuring a metal slide. The G-Series design and model name are inspired by the well-known Glock firearms.
The slide of the WE Gen 5 G17 replica is made of metal, just like the original, while the grip is constructed from durable, high-quality polymer. Following the fifth-generation Glock design, the WE airsoft replica incorporates the same ergonomic improvements for better handling. The magazine well has been flared for faster reloads, and the front of the slide has been reshaped to make holstering easier.
One of the most impressive features of the WE G-Series is the sharp and strong blowback achieved even with green gas, thanks to its well-designed mechanism. The high-quality internals also allow the use of high-pressure CO2, enabling operation in colder conditions with separately available CO2 magazines.
Holster Compatibility?
The dimensions of the fifth-generation WE Glock replica have been found to match the real firearm more accurately than the previous generation. This is great news for users, as it is easier to find a compatible holster designed for real firearms. However, compatibility should still be tested, especially with friction-lock holsters, as the fit can still be quite tight, though looser than with the previous generation Glock replica.
Parts Compatibility with Older Generations
Although updates have been made compared to previous versions, many parts remain cross-compatible between generations. However, some components in this new version are unique. For example, the upper and lower assemblies are not interchangeable between older models and the new Gen 5 version.

- Grip backstraps for adjusting grip thickness. The Gen 5 comes with two backstraps.
Non-compatible parts:
- Slide and frame
- Slide release
- Recoil spring guide. In the Gen 5 model, the ends of the spring guide have been redesigned to improve reliability.

Laadukas. Painaa lähes saman verran kuin aito. Luistin ja laukaisu tuntuu hyvältä. Blowback-toiminto toimii hyvin. Ladataan smart gas-säiliöillä, ei CO2-patruunoilla.
