Ather™ Gearbox - Reinforced gearbox housing (protected by European patent number: 015044865-0001) featuring:
- Anti-Reversal release window
- Preload and AoE inspection windows
- Reinforcements at the most critical points
- Motor sprocket inspection window
- Trigger adjustment function
- Screw holes for aligning the frame position
Components installed in the gearbox:
- Reinforced polymer piston with full-length steel serrations
- Aluminum cylinder head and nozzle
- Steel cylinder
- Bearing-mounted steel spring guide
- CNC steel sprockets with 16:1 gear ratio
- 8 mm ball bearings (J-Cage motor and piston gear) and 8 mm plain bearings (idler gear)
- Trigger made by Mancraft
- Factory installed HAL™ ETU module
HAL™ ETU module features:
- Trigger detection with magnetic sensors and Hall effect
- Active brake
- Binary trigger
- Adjustable trigger sensitivity (5 levels from 20% to 100%)
- Adjustable preload (6 levels)
- Programmable AUTO firing modes (full auto, semi, 3-shot burst, 5-shot burst)
- Programmable SEMI firing modes (semi, binary, AUG, sniper rifle)
- Easy programming via trigger
- Low battery warning
Note: Calibrating the HAL™ trigger before use:
This gearbox is equipped with the HAL ™ system and before using the weapon, the weapon trigger must be activated. Activation is done as follows:

1. Turn the gun's fire selector to the "SAFE" position 2. Connect the battery to the gun 3. Wait three (3) seconds until the gun emits a “beep” sound. 4. Press the trigger all the way down for five (5) seconds until the gun emits a “beep” sound. This indicates that the trigger has been successfully activated. |
