Adjustable Features

The microcontroller-based circuit with optical sensors allows the TITAN unit to be customized to match the user’s preferences.

• Adjustable trigger sensitivity. The circuit measures the trigger position with an optical sensor, and the user can set the trigger pull length.
• Adjustable rate of fire. Thanks to adjustable ROF, you can take advantage of the extremely short semi-auto delay provided by an 11.1V or 14.8V battery while keeping full-auto fire at a moderate level. ROF adjustment can be done via PWM or by adding delays between shots.
• Adjustable fire selector. Fire selector positions can be configured based on the replica type from the following options: AK (safe, auto, semi), G36 (safe, semi, auto), and AUG mode (fire selector disabled).
• 3 different fire selector modes - Safe-semi-auto, safe-semi-semi, safe-semi-burst
• The circuit allows a "semi-only" setting, making it easy to configure the replica for semi-auto only without mechanical modifications to the gearbox.
• Gear and motor monitoring. Prevents semi-lock and ensures the gearbox completes a full cycle.
• Two-stage trigger setting (so-called "AUG mode"). In AUG mode, the replica can fire semi-auto with a short pull and full-auto with a longer pull.
• Adaptive active brake. The TITAN unit detects the optimal braking point and automatically adjusts braking force.
• Battery protection features prevent excessive discharge of LiPo batteries. The undervoltage protection can be adjusted for different battery types and voltages (compatible nominal voltages per cell: 2.7V, 2.9V, 3.2V, or 3.4V).
• Automatic fuse - overvoltage protection - temperature monitoring. The TITAN unit protects the circuit and motor from short circuits, overload, and overheating.
• Self-test (TITAN self-test). TITAN checks the condition of the electrical components every time the battery is connected and continues monitoring during use, storing any errors as fault codes. Fault codes help identify gearbox issues.
• Easy to program. Settings and features can be adjusted via USB-link or BLUE-link using a phone or computer.
• Gate continuously develops the product. New features are regularly released and can be updated via USB-link.
