The ELAK74N Essential is a further developed airsoft replica of E&L's previous model arms. Like the previous model versions, the E&L AK-74N Essential is a sturdy steel-framed airsoft replica with a plywood forend and butt. The parts of the weapon's mechanism have been updated based on previous experiences. For example, the weapon's piston has been replaced with a reinforced model. The one-piece cylinder and cylinder head assembly has been replaced with a traditional two-piece model, which makes it easier, for example, to calibrate the weapon and adjust the angle of attack.
The weapon's battery compartment is traditionally found under the box lid, which is locked in place with a button on the back of the weapon. The weapon's mechanical components are of high quality, and combined with the weapon's 6.04 mm precision barrel, they make the weapon an effective gaming tool straight out of the box.
Quick spring replacement?
E&L replicas feature a convenient quick spring change. This allows you to change the weapon's firing level simply by removing the fire selector and pistol grip. After removing the above-mentioned parts, the weapon's gearbox can be lifted just enough up from the weapon's body to expose the rear of the gearbox and make it possible to change the spring.
