ARES M-LOK "Hand Stop" - Type A
The ARES M-LOK Hand Stop Type A is a compact aluminium hand stop for an airsoft handguard with M-LOK mounting slots. Its angled projection gives the support hand a defined reference point while keeping the underside of the handguard largely clear. The Black finish and small profile make it a practical option when you want a hand stop without adding a full vertical foregrip.
Compact Contact Point for the Support Hand
The Type A has an elongated base and an angled stop at one end. Positioning the stop next to your usual gripping point lets you locate the same hand position by touch, including when you are wearing gloves.
At approximately 13 g, the aluminium part adds little weight to the front of the replica. Its short projection is useful on compact handguards where a longer grip would occupy space needed for your hand or other accessories.
Direct M-LOK Attachment
The stop attaches directly to compatible M-LOK slots, so a separate Picatinny rail section is not needed between it and the handguard. Choose the mounting position according to your reach and the space available around existing accessories.
Before tightening the mounting hardware, check clearance inside the handguard and confirm that the mounting nuts are seated correctly. After fitting, make sure the stop is secure and that your normal grip leaves sufficient room around the muzzle.
