Specna Arms SA-FX01 FLEX™ GATE X-ASR Gen.2 - Half-Tan
The Specna Arms SA-FX01 FLEX™ GATE X-ASR Gen.2 is a compact and lightweight AR-style AEG equipped with a factory-installed GATE X-ASR MOSFET, Magnus™ TDC hop-up chamber, reinforced Æther™ gearbox and ESA™ quick-change spring system.
The SA-FX01 belongs to the redesigned FLEX™ Gen.2 series, which combines an accessible price point with updated internal components and practical features. Its compact dimensions and approximately 2,000 g weight make it particularly suitable for CQB, dynamic gameplay and players looking for an easily manoeuvrable primary weapon.
The free-float handguard features M-LOK mounting slots for compatible accessories. A continuous top RIS rail accommodates the included folding sights and compatible optics. The adjustable Light Ops Stock allows the overall length to be changed between approximately 670 and 760 mm.
Factory-installed GATE X-ASR MOSFET
The GATE X-ASR MOSFET protects the electrical system and improves trigger response compared with a conventional mechanical wiring setup. Integrated diagnostic LEDs also help identify basic electrical faults inside the airsoft gun.
The gun uses a DEANS / T-connect battery connector and is compatible with LiPo and LiFe batteries. A Small Tamiya to DEANS adapter is included.
Reinforced Æther™ V2 gearbox
The reinforced Æther™ V2 gearbox shell features a strengthened front section, inspection windows, a mainspring-release function and provisions for checking pre-cocking and angle of engagement. The shell also includes trigger-adjustment functionality and screw holes that assist with gearbox alignment.
The gearbox shell is designed for use with springs up to M140. The suitability of a stronger spring still depends on the complete internal configuration and the permitted muzzle-energy limit of the playing field.

The Magnus™ TDC hop-up chamber applies pressure directly from above, allowing accurate and stable adjustment. Together with the Helium™ Flat Hop nub and 6.03 mm precision inner barrel, it supports a consistent BB trajectory in the factory configuration.
ESA™ quick-change spring system
The ESA™ quick-change spring system allows the mainspring to be replaced without opening the gearbox. This makes it easier to adapt the muzzle velocity to different field limits. An additional M90 spring is included for reducing the output when required.
Lightweight reinforced construction
The receiver, free-float M-LOK handguard, pistol grip and Light Ops Stock are made from nylon-fibre-reinforced polymer. Aluminium and steel are used in selected external and functional components, including the barrel, flash hider, enlarged charging handle, controls, screws, pins and QD mounting components.
The adjustable Light Ops Stock features non-slip rubber cheek-contact surfaces and a curved rubber butt pad that sits securely against the shoulder. The receiver also features an individual serial number.
