The SA-S11 is a spring-operated, single-shot, bolt-action airsoft sniper rifle that requires loading before each shot. The barrel and receiver are made of metal, and the stock is mainly made of plastic. The stock has a standard Picatinny rail (RIS) on top, which allows for the attachment of various sights to the weapon.
