Novritsch AntiFog Unit Glasses Adapter
The Novritsch AntiFog Unit Glasses Adapter allows the Novritsch Fan-Based AntiFog Unit to be used with shooting glasses and other compatible eye protection that cannot normally be connected directly to the AntiFog system.
The adapters attach to the outer edges of the glasses using the included 3M double-sided adhesive pads. The AntiFog Unit tubes then connect to the adapters with a magnetic quick-connect system, allowing the tubes to be attached and removed quickly without removing the adapters from the glasses.
Magnetic quick connection
Both the glasses adapters and tube adapters have pre-installed magnets. When the AntiFog Unit is needed, simply bring the tube adapter close to the glasses adapter and the magnetic connection holds the two parts together.
The tubes can be disconnected just as quickly, while the low-profile glasses adapters can remain installed on the eye protection for normal use.
Installation
The adapters are installed on the outer edge of the glasses using the supplied double-sided adhesive pads. For the best anti-fog performance, position the airflow opening so that air is directed toward the area of the lens that is most prone to fogging.
Once installed, Novritsch recommends leaving the glasses adapters in place. If an adapter is removed, a new adhesive pad should be used when reinstalling it.
