Mechanix ColdWork Original winter gloves are insulated cold-weather gloves built for users who need warmth, grip and practical hand protection in chilly conditions. They bring the familiar usability of the Mechanix Original glove into a winter-ready design, making them suitable for airsoft, outdoor activities, equipment handling, maintenance work and general use in cold weather.
The back of the hand is made with water-resistant SoftShell material, helping block cold air and light moisture during winter use. Inside the glove, 60 gram 3M™ Thinsulate™ Eco Insulation helps trap warm air and regulate hand temperature without making the glove unnecessarily bulky.
The palm uses touchscreen-capable synthetic leather, combining durability, grip and tactile control. This makes the gloves practical for handling airsoft replicas, magazines, tools, radios, zippers and other equipment while also allowing touchscreen devices to be used without removing the gloves.
A Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) wrist closure creates a secure fit and helps keep the glove properly positioned during movement. The thumb saddle is reinforced with rugged Armortex® material for improved durability in a high-wear area. A removable spring clip keeps the gloves paired together for storage and transport.
ColdWork Original is a strong choice when a regular lightweight glove is not warm enough, but full heavy winter gloves would feel too bulky. It offers a practical balance of insulation, dexterity and protection for cold-weather field use.
