How to Choose the Correct Belt Length
Choose your belt size according to your waist measurement. Measure your waist at the point where you intend to wear the belt, preferably over the clothing you will normally use with it. The measurement in centimetres corresponds to the correct belt size.
For example, if your waist measurement at the wearing position is approximately 100 cm, choose size 100 cm. The belt has enough extra length for comfortable adjustment, so there is no need to intentionally choose an oversized belt.
If you are between two sizes, or if you plan to wear the belt over thicker clothing or other gear, choose the next larger size.
