The Warrior Assault Systems Elite Ops X300 rucksack is a load-carrying system designed for military use on long or medium-length patrol missions.
The design of the Warrior X300 rucksack originated from a request by special forces to create a pack that is comfortable for carrying heavy loads and durable enough to be trusted during extended operations. Its shape and technical solutions are tailored to the needs of special forces, which is why the rucksack features clearly organized compartments for gear and easy access to the large main compartment from both the top and the center. The padded hip belt can be detached for special situations, allowing it to be used as a MOLLE-covered battle belt. The rucksack is narrow, making it suitable for various environments and preventing interference when moving through tight doorways or confined urban spaces.
Thanks to its extensive adjustment options, the rucksack can be adapted to fit users of different heights.
The rucksack consists of five external storage compartments and one large main compartment. The X300 features three drag handles designed for casualty evacuation: one on the top and two on the lower corners on each side.
The main compartment can be accessed via the zipper at the top or through a rectangular zippered flap in the center. On top of this flap is a convenient drawstring for securing items such as a jacket to the outside of the pack. There is also a strap system suitable for attaching a helmet. Beneath the flap is a small flat compartment separated from the main compartment by mesh, which can be opened with a zipper.
The entire rucksack is covered with 1″ MOLLE webbing, allowing the attachment of additional pouches or accessories.

Materials used in Warrior products:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Fabric made from 500D fibers offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a sewn product depends on the quality of the thread used. The main factors reducing thread lifespan are mold and sunlight. To maximize the lifespan of WAS products, only U.S.-made nylon threads are used, which are protected against UV light and mold damage.
Properties of the fibers used by Warrior:
- Resistance to acids – good
- Resistance to alkalis – good
- Abrasion resistance – excellent
- Heat resistance – 142 °C (maximum continuous heat tolerance before damage)
- Melting point – 265 °C
MOLLE Webbing
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The webbing is rated to the following breaking strengths:
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking strength: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 inch) breaking strength: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 inch) breaking strength: 997kg (1800 lbs)
