The Tokyo Marui MK18 MOD 1 gas blowback rifle is built around the highly acclaimed ZET system. Gas is loaded into the magazine, and after a realistic charging motion, pulling the trigger causes the hammer to strike the gas valve open. The gas release propels the BB and drives the bolt carrier forcefully backward. In an instant, a crisp recoil is transmitted to the shooter’s shoulder. The ZET mechanism ensures this cycle repeats reliably with every shot.
The receiver is finished with a cerakote coating, just like Tokyo Marui’s M4 MWS series rifles. The front end features a licensed Daniel Defense RIS rail system.
