Description
Maple Leaf 2026 Ace 70° Rubber Hop-Up Bucking for AEG - Blue
The Maple Leaf 2026 Ace is an upgraded rubber hop-up bucking designed for AEG airsoft guns. Its triangular Delta-style contact patch is engineered to provide consistent BB backspin and a stable trajectory, while the updated 2026 design features improved air sealing and easier contact patch alignment. This 70° hardness version offers a balance between grip and durability, making it particularly suitable for medium- to high-powered AEG builds.
The Ace series combines Maple Leaf's established triangular contact patch design with a revised structure that makes correct alignment easier during installation. Consistent contact between the bucking and BB helps maintain predictable backspin, improving trajectory stability and shot-to-shot accuracy.
Updated Design and Double Air Sealing
The 2026 Ace features a redesigned double air-seal ring structure with external sealing ribs that help reduce air leakage between the hop-up bucking and surrounding components. Improved sealing can reduce shot-to-shot muzzle velocity variations and contribute to more consistent performance.
The updated design also features a flat exterior alignment guide that makes it easier to position the contact patch correctly during installation. Proper alignment helps prevent uneven pressure and unwanted side spin on the BB, making the Ace a practical upgrade for players looking to improve the consistency of their AEG hop-up system.
70° Rubber for Medium- to High-Powered Setups
The blue Ace hop-up bucking has a hardness rating of 70° and a recommended muzzle velocity range of approximately 110-140 m/s (360-460 FPS). This makes it a suitable option for upgraded AEG rifles and DMR builds where consistent hop-up performance and durability are important.
The 70° rubber compound offers a balance between hop-up grip and wear resistance. Compared with softer 50° and 60° versions, it generally resists deformation better under higher hop-up pressure while still providing sufficient grip to generate backspin, including when using heavier BBs.
The most suitable hardness also depends on BB weight, muzzle velocity, hop-up components and operating conditions. Softer buckings generally provide more grip with less pressure, while harder versions offer greater wear resistance in higher-powered configurations.
Compatibility
The Maple Leaf 2026 Ace is designed for standard AEG inner barrels and compatible AEG hop-up chambers. It is suitable for a wide range of electric airsoft guns using conventional AEG-type hop-up buckings.
