Da Vinci Raizen 6.01 VSR precision barrels are designed for Tokyo Marui VSR-10 compatible airsoft sniper rifles. Many airsoft sniper rifles are compatible with VSR-type barrels even if other internal parts differ. Please ensure compatibility before purchasing.
The Da Vinci Raizen series barrels are made from the highest-grade steel available from Japan, allowing for extremely precise dimensions and quality. Da Vinci has been using this material for over 20 years to produce the finest airsoft barrels.
The Raizen barrel differs significantly from standard barrels. While Tokyo Marui’s stock barrels are known for their accuracy, they differ from Raizen in terms of inner diameter and the quality of the inner surface.
6.01 mm is an extremely tight bore for an airsoft precision barrel. The diameter of an airsoft BB is 5.95 mm ± 0.01 mm, which means a BB can measure 5.96 mm. In that case, the clearance between the barrel and the BB is 0.05 mm, and if the BB travels centered, the gap on each side is only 0.025 mm. With a 6.01 mm barrel, you are very close to a situation where a BB could jam if there is even the slightest manufacturing deviation. For this reason, Da Vinci barrels are manufactured with a ±0.005 mm tolerance, which is the highest quality available for airsoft barrels. Da Vinci is confident that, considering the dimensional accuracy of plastic airsoft BBs, 6.01 ± 0.005 mm is the best choice to achieve maximum muzzle velocity and minimize air leaks in an airsoft gun, while still maintaining excellent accuracy.
