The Da Vinci Raizen 6.01 GBB precision barrel is compatible with Tokyo Marui M4A1 MWS and Type89 (GBB) gas-powered airsoft rifles.

The Raizen barrel differs significantly from standard barrels. While Tokyo Marui’s stock barrels are known for their accuracy, the Raizen stands out with its smaller inner diameter and superior internal surface finish.
6.01 mm is an extremely tight bore for an airsoft precision barrel. Airsoft BBs have a diameter of 5.95 mm ± 0.01 mm, meaning a BB can measure up to 5.96 mm. This results in a clearance of 0.05 mm between the barrel and the BB, and if the BB travels perfectly centered, the gap on each side is only 0.025 mm. With a 6.01 mm barrel, you are very close to a situation where a BB could jam if there is even the slightest manufacturing defect. For this reason, Da Vinci barrels are produced with a tolerance of ±0.005 mm, which is the highest quality available for airsoft barrels. Da Vinci is confident that, considering the dimensional accuracy of plastic airsoft BBs, 6.01 mm ± 0.005 mm is the best choice to achieve maximum muzzle velocity and minimize air leaks in an airsoft gun, while still maintaining excellent accuracy.
