The Warrior Assault Systems Assaulters Back Panel (ABP) is designed to be compatible with all Warrior plate carrier models (LPC, RPC, DCS). The ABP is quick and easy to attach to the back of the carrier using two zippers. The ABP comes with a MOLLE zipper adapter that attaches to the back of the carrier. The MOLLE zipper adapter is also compatible with carriers from other manufacturers, provided there is a sufficient amount of MOLLE webbing on the back. The MOLLE zipper adapter set includes left and right vertical zippered panels. The ABP is attached to the MOLLE adapter by weaving each MOLLE adapter onto the sides of the carrier and then zipping the back panel between the adapters.
The top section of the ABP panel features an adjustable pouch designed for three 40mm grenades. The lower section includes a quick-detach utility pouch, which can be used for carrying items such as medical supplies. This pouch is known as the "Rip Off Medic Pouch." Inside the Assaulters back panel, there is a compartment for a hydration bladder and a pull-out lower pouch for carrying tools if needed.

Warrior Product Materials:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Fabric made from 500D fibers offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a product built from stitching depends on the quality of the thread used. The primary factors that shorten thread lifespan are mold and sunlight. To ensure maximum longevity of WAS products, only U.S.-made nylon threads are used, which are protected against UV light and mold damage.
Properties of the fibers used by Warrior:
-
- Resistance to acids – good
- Resistance to alkalis – good
- Abrasion resistance – excellent
- Heat resistance – 142 °C (maximum continuous heat tolerance before product damage)
- Melting point – 265 °C
MOLLE Webbing
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The MOLLE straps are rated to handle the following loads:
-
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking strength: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 inch) breaking strength: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 inch) breaking strength: 997kg (1800 lbs)
