Description
Jefftron Mosfet – V3 combines an extremely compact mosfet directly with Version 3 mechanical switch contacts, allowing the mosfet to be installed entirely inside the gearbox with ease. The circuit prevents arcing that occurs in traditional mechanical trigger systems, which eventually leads to carbonized contact surfaces. It reduces the electrical resistance compared to a mechanical switch, allowing the motor to draw more power from the battery. Lower resistance makes the electrical system more efficient, resulting in higher rate of fire and reduced trigger response time.
The package includes suitable connectors for the motor and fuse, as well as heat shrink tubing. In addition, a highly conductive T-connector (Deans) is included for battery connection. The connectors are separate and require soldering to the wires during installation. In the wired version, the wires connected to the circuit itself are pre-soldered to simplify assembly.
