Invader Gear Mod 2 Boonie Hat - OD
The Invader Gear Mod 2 Boonie Hat is an updated version of the classic boonie hat designed for airsoft, hiking, trekking and other outdoor activities. Its durable ripstop fabric, ventilated construction and adjustable chin cord make it a practical choice for warm weather and active use.
Updated boonie-hat design
The Mod 2 features a slightly narrower brim than a traditional boonie hat. The revised shape provides coverage around the head while reducing the risk of the brim catching on branches and dense vegetation.
Four ventilation openings on the sides improve airflow around the head. An adjustable chin cord with a polymer stopper helps keep the hat securely in place during movement and windy conditions.
Attachment points for camouflage material
Fabric loops around the crown allow branches, vegetation and other camouflage material to be attached to the hat. Four crossed fabric sections on top provide additional attachment points and help break up the recognisable shape of the wearer’s head.
Classic Olive Drab colour
OD stands for Olive Drab, a traditional muted olive-green colour widely used in military clothing and tactical equipment. The natural shade works particularly well in woodland environments and areas with green or brown vegetation.
The single-colour design is easy to combine with Woodland, Ranger Green, CAD and various other camouflage patterns and tactical equipment.
