The GATE EON tappet plate is CNC machined from POM plastic, which ensures extremely strong durability and perfect dimensional accuracy of the part. The tappet plate is one of the most important parts of the gear box as it is responsible for timing and proper ball feed. The fin of the GATE EON tappet plate is designed to open the nozzle at the best point and minimize friction between the sector gear and the tappet plate, GATE has tested this tappet plate and found no significant wear after over 30,000 shots. Harder tuners have also been kept in mind as the tappet plate is marked directly on the tappet plate to indicate where the fin needs to be shortened to achieve DSG compatibility.
