The Perun P90 ETU is a fully electronic trigger unit that replaces the traditional mechanical trigger mechanism in P90-style airsoft replicas. It provides MOSFET control, programmable firing modes and electronic protection functions in a compact package.
Compatibility
Compatible with most P90 models, including Tokyo Marui, ACM, Asia Tactical, Classic Army, Cybergun, CYMA, Double Bell, J Tactical and JG. It is also largely compatible with King Arms models and the Novritsch SSR90, although minor fitting may be required.
Not compatible with G&G or Krytac P90 models.
Features
-
Adjustable trigger sensitivity: five sensitivity levels for both trigger stages.
-
Programmable firing modes: the two trigger stages can be assigned modes including semi only, binary, semi-auto, semi-burst and burst-auto.
-
Active brake: stops the motor after each shot to reduce overspin.
-
Pre-cocking: leaves the piston ready after a shot for a faster trigger response.
-
Binary trigger: fires when the trigger is pulled and released.
-
Rate-of-fire reduction: limits the speed of full-auto or burst fire.
-
DSG mode: dedicated mode for dual-sector-gear setups.
-
Low-voltage alarm: supports LiPo and Li-Ion batteries and provides an audible warning when voltage becomes too low. The function can be disabled.
-
Diagnostics: monitors the unit and replica and reports detected faults.
-
Electronic fuse: cuts power in the event of a short circuit or stalled motor.
Operation and programming
Settings are adjusted with the button located near the battery connection. LEDs and audible signals guide programming, allowing settings to be changed without separate tools. The operating-voltage range is 7–17 V.
Installation
The Perun P90 ETU replaces the mechanical trigger and contacts without soldering. The manufacturer recommends installation by someone familiar with the construction of AEG airsoft replicas.
