The Mancraft CNC gearbox V2, 8mm - QSC is made from extremely durable 7075 T6 aircraft-grade aluminum, offering mechanical strength properties on a completely different level compared to traditional cast metal gearboxes. The selected materials and CNC machining process make Mancraft’s gearbox an unparalleled alternative to conventional zinc alloy gearboxes.
Quick Spring Change
Mancraft CNC gearboxes feature a quick spring change system. This allows the spring to be replaced without disassembling the gearbox, through an opening at the rear. The spring can be changed by gently pressing the spring guide inward and turning it using a hex key.
Features:
- QSC quick spring change from the rear of the gearbox
- 8mm bearing seats
- Gearbox shells aligned with each other using CNC-milled grooves and edges
- Anti-reverse latch release hole for releasing tension before disassembly
- Large inspection hole for adjusting the angle of engagement
- Steel replaceable mounting nuts for pistol grip attachment – no more stripped threads in the gearbox!
Package Includes
- Gearbox
- Spring guide
- Screws and pins
- Spacer set for adjusting the distance between the pistol grip and gearbox

Opening for releasing the "Anti Reversal Latch"

The pistol grip attachment uses stainless steel nuts instead of standard alloy threads.

The angle of engagement can be easily checked through the large inspection hole.

Lateral alignment of the gearbox can be easily adjusted using the side adjustment screws.

The front section of the gearbox has been reinforced for maximum durability.

Each gear can be checked through dedicated inspection holes for easier adjustment.

A ball-bearing spring guide is included.

The set also includes pistol grip spacers. These allow you to adjust the distance between the pistol grip and the gearbox shell so that the grip does not touch the lower receiver. This enables precise AEG motor adjustment, reduces noise, and minimizes gear wear.
