The Warrior Assault Systems PCR Pathfinder Chest Rig is designed to work perfectly on its own or in combination with the Warrior Assault Systems Recon Carrier System (RPC). The PCR base consists of four M4-style magazine pouches with adjustable retention straps. Thanks to the adjustable retention loops, the pouches can also easily accommodate AK-compatible magazines. On top of the outermost magazine pouches are small utility pouches with hook-and-loop closures, featuring Velcro panels on the flaps for attaching patches. Each magazine pouch has two small elastic loops on one side, suitable for carrying items such as glow sticks or small flashlights. The front of the center pouches features five rows of standard MOLLE webbing, allowing attachment of the included low-profile single-magazine quick-draw pouches (Warrior Double Elastic Low Profile Mag pouch). Alternatively, the MOLLE pouches can be swapped for Warrior pistol magazine pouches or other accessories as needed.
A key feature of the PCR chest rig is its compatibility with Warrior’s next-generation RPC system. You can easily integrate the PCR chest rig into the RPC carrier by unclipping the shoulder straps and rear strap from the PCR and attaching the remaining panel to the RPC system using the corresponding ITW clips and the Velcro panel hidden on the back of the PCR. RPC compatibility allows the chest rig to be modified according to mission requirements.

Materials used in Warrior products:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Fabric made from 500D fibers offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a product built from stitching depends on the quality of the thread used. The main factors that shorten thread lifespan are mold and sunlight. To maximize the lifespan of WAS products, only U.S.-made nylon threads are used, which are protected against UV light and mold damage.
Properties of the fibers used by Warrior:
- Resistance to acids – good
- Resistance to alkalis – good
- Abrasion resistance – excellent
- Heat resistance – 142 °C (maximum continuous heat tolerance before damage)
- Melting point – 265 °C
MOLLE Webbing
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The MOLLE straps are rated to the following strength specifications:
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking strength: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 inch) breaking strength: 816kg (1800 lbs)
- 50mm (2 inch) breaking strength: 997kg (1800 lbs)
