The patented Warrior Assault Systems rip-off medical pouch allows you to carry a wide range of first aid supplies. Inside the pouch, there are multiple compartments separated by elastic bands for securing medical items. The rip-off feature enables quick removal of the pouch from the base platform. Detachment is done by opening the securing Velcro strap at the front and pulling the large handle on top of the pouch. This releases the pouch from the Velcro-backed base, giving easy access to the contents.
The pouch attaches to MOLLE webbing. It requires a space 4 rows high and 3 MOLLE columns wide.

Warrior product materials:
Fabric
Warrior uses 500D fabric in its products. Fabric made from 500D fibers offers excellent abrasion and tear resistance. The solution-dyed fibers are naturally stain-resistant and easy to clean.
Threads
The durability of a stitched product depends on the quality of the thread used. The main factors reducing thread lifespan are mold and sunlight. To maximize the lifespan of WAS products, only U.S.-made nylon threads are used, which are protected against UV light and mold damage.
Properties of the fibers used by Warrior:
- Resistance to acids – good
- Resistance to alkalis – good
- Abrasion resistance – excellent
- Heat resistance – 142 °C (maximum continuous heat tolerance before product damage)
- Melting point – 265 °C
MOLLE webbing
The MOLLE webbing on Warrior products is designed to withstand heavy use. The webbing is rated to the following breaking strengths:
- 25mm (1 inch) breaking strength: 544kg (1200 lbs)
- 38mm (1.5 inch) breaking strength: 816kg (1800 lbs)
