The KRYTAC Trident MK47 SPR-M is an AR15 variant equipped with a 16-inch (406mm) long barrel. The rifle features a 13-inch free-float TR213 rail system made of aluminum. The TR213 follows the common M-LOK rail system standard on the bottom and side rails. The RIS-standard top rail runs along the receiver and continues over the handguard almost to the barrel, allowing the attachment of various optics and accessories along the entire length using standard RIS mounts.

The upper and lower receivers are made from reinforced aluminum and are compatible with many M4 AEG-type accessories and third-party spare parts. The KRYTAC receiver differs from traditional M4 AEG receivers with added reinforcements for durability and small modifications for improved usability. The trigger guard is enlarged, and the magazine well is flared for faster reloads. When holding the KRYTAC rifle in a shooting position, it quickly becomes clear that KRYTAC’s design choices and subtle modifications compared to a standard M4 improve ergonomics and make the structure extremely solid.

The SPR model features an ambidextrous fire selector, enabling smooth operation for both left- and right-handed users. This feature benefits not only left-handed players, as ambidextrous controls are crucial in tight CQB environments.

The Trident MK2 SPR gearbox is built around KRYTAC’s extremely strong Nautilus gearbox shell. The Nautilus gearbox’s reinforced construction ensures durability even under extreme conditions. The gearbox features 8 mm bearing seats and comes pre-installed with reinforced 8 mm ball bearings, a durable polymer piston with four metal teeth, a shock-absorbing cylinder head, a high-torque motor, and a quick-change spring system accessible from the rear of the gearbox. It also includes a KRYTAC MOSFET, which protects the trigger contacts from burning and reduces power consumption.

Compatible Battery

KRYTAC AEGs are built to handle high-performance batteries. You can use 7.4V or 11.1V LiPo or Lithium-Ion batteries, as well as 9.6V NiCd/NiMH batteries. Using batteries with higher nominal voltage voids the warranty.
