Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and the change you would like to make. We can make changes or cancel your order only before it has been packed.
Once your order has been packed, it can no longer be changed or cancelled. If you have received a shipping confirmation, your order has already been packed. If you no longer want the order, you can return it after receiving it or refuse the delivery. Please see our Return Instructions for more information.
How long does delivery usually take?
In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1-3 business days. We ship deliveries each day from tuesday to friday. Delivery time depends on product availability, the selected delivery method and the destination. You can check the estimated delivery time at checkout.
How do I return a product?
If you wish to return a product, please follow our Return Instructions. For eligible online purchases, you can notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving your order. If you're unsure how to proceed, contact us before sending the product back.
What should I do if my product is faulty?
Please contact us and include your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, photos or a video showing the fault. We'll advise you on the next steps and provide return instructions if needed. Depending on the situation, the product may be repaired, replaced or refunded.
