Umarex Glock 17 gen.5 GBB CO₂ pistol is an official and licensed airsoft replica of the Austrian Glock 17 gen.5 pistol. The frame is made of polymer, just like the original. The slide, outer barrel, and magazine are made of metal. The slide features Glock® GmbH manufacturer’s licensed markings.
Under the barrel, there is a 22 mm accessory rail compliant with the RIS / Picatinny standard, allowing easy attachment of accessories such as a tactical flashlight or laser sight. As in the original model, the trigger guard includes a safety that prevents the trigger from being pulled unless the integrated lever is pressed. The pistol is equipped with an ergonomic, comfortable grip with a textured surface for a secure hold.
The Umarex Glock 17 gen.5 GBB CO₂ pistol features a strong blowback effect, cycling the slide after each shot to simulate recoil. Just like the real firearm, the slide locks back after the last BB is fired.
Atom Airsoft Note:
This model represents the more affordable production series of Umarex’s Glock lineup. Its trigger mechanism is similar to that of KWC CO₂ pistols, where the BB feeding system operates through the force of the trigger pull. For this reason, the trigger feel is not as realistic as in higher-end models. This model is not intended for airsoft skirmishes but rather for handling drills or short-range target shooting. This model is too powerful for airsoft game fields.
