Take all measurements close to the body. Measurements are shown in centimetres. Trouser inseam lengths are also shown in inches.
How to Measure
The diagrams below show where each measurement should be taken. Keep the measuring tape comfortably close to the body without pulling it too tight.

a - Chest: Measure around the widest part of your chest.

b - Sleeve: Keep your arm relaxed at your side and measure from the shoulder joint to the wrist.

c - Waist: Measure around your waist at belly button level.

d - Inseam: While standing, measure from the crotch to the ankle.

e - Head circumference: Measure around the widest part of your head.

f - Hand circumference: Measure around the widest part of your hand, excluding the thumb.
