Aluminium Body with an Internal O-Ring
The body is machined from EN AW 7075 aluminium, giving the nozzle a rigid, lightweight construction. A shaped tip guides the front end into the hop-up bucking as the tappet plate moves the nozzle forward.
The internal O-ring seals around the cylinder head tube rather than relying solely on the fit of the metal surfaces. This helps reduce air leakage at that joint while allowing the nozzle to slide during the feeding cycle.
