Unlike a conventional gas blowback pistol, the PTX is an electropneumatic HPA platform focused on reliability, shot-to-shot consistency, and reduced maintenance. It features an optical trigger sensor, magnetic trigger spring, and app-based tuning through the GCS App, allowing the user to fine-tune trigger feel and electronic settings.
