Specna Arms x A&K SA-PKM EDGE Machine Gun - Black
The Specna Arms x A&K SA-PKM EDGE is a full-size electric airsoft machine gun built for players looking for a heavy, solid support weapon rather than a lightweight CQB replica. With a weight of approximately 7.1 kg, extensive steel construction and a 5000-BB box magazine, the SA-PKM is designed around the role of sustained suppressive fire.
The replica is the result of cooperation between Specna Arms and A&K and recreates the distinctive appearance and handling of the PKM general-purpose machine gun. Its size, weight and construction make it particularly well suited to support-gunner roles, milsim use and loadouts where a realistic machine-gun platform is wanted.
Heavy-duty metal construction
A large portion of the SA-PKM is manufactured from steel. Steel components include the receiver, receiver cover, bipod, magazine mounting components, stock hardware, pins and screws.
Other external components, including the outer barrel, muzzle device, gas tube, charging handle, bolt and trigger guard, are made from aluminium. The pistol grip and stock are made from durable polymer.
The result is a substantial replica weighing approximately 7130 g, giving the SA-PKM a considerably heavier and more realistic handling character than a typical assault-rifle-style AEG.
5000-BB box magazine
The SA-PKM is supplied with a large box magazine with a capacity of approximately 5000 BBs. The high capacity is particularly useful in the support-gunner role, where sustained fire and the ability to keep opponents suppressed are more important than frequent magazine changes.
Reinforced special gearbox
Inside the replica is a reinforced special gearbox designed for the PKM platform. The gearbox features 18:1 gears, 8 mm bearings and a bearing-mounted spring guide.
A quick-change spring system makes it easier to adjust the replica's power level without completely disassembling the gearbox.
Adjustable rate of fire
The built-in MOSFET provides electronic control of the replica and allows the rate of fire to be adjusted. The SA-PKM fires in full-auto mode and is intended primarily for sustained support fire.
The recommended battery voltage is 11.1 V. When using an M90 spring, the manufacturer recommends using a 7.4 V battery to reduce the risk of malfunctions.
Rotary hop-up and 510 mm inner barrel
The replica features an adjustable rotary hop-up chamber and a 510 mm inner barrel. The stated muzzle velocity is approximately 125 m/s / 410 FPS, depending on the spring and individual setup.
Folding bipod
A folding bipod is integrated into the front of the replica, providing a stable shooting position when firing from the ground, behind cover or from another supported position.
